Why was my payment declined?

If your transaction didn't go through, it's usually due to a temporary billing issue. Please check the following:

  1. Is your card's billing address correct (including the zip code)?

  2. Is your card authorized for international or online purchases?

  3. Did you double-check the 3-digit CVV code on the back? If everything seems right and it still fails, trying another card or switching to PayPal usually does the trick.

Will I be charged extra fees?

No, the price you see at checkout plus shipping is all you pay us. We do not charge any hidden payment processing fees. (Please note: some local banks may charge minor international transaction fees if you are shopping outside our primary currency, which is out of our control).
