Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at APTRO. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was received within the last 14 days.

  • The item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached.

  • You have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items or gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing.

  • For hygienic reasons, swim trunks must have the original hygienic liner intact and show no signs of wear to be eligible for a return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at Support@aptroclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return. (Photos of the item may be required if it is a quality issue).

  2. Receive Instructions: Once your return is approved, our team will send you the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  1. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Quality Issues / Wrong Items Sent: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong size/color sent by us), APTRO will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Customer Preferences: If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size ordered by the buyer), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approval & Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need a direct size/color exchange, please specify this in your initial email to our support team.
