  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next immediate business day.

    • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

To ensure stable delivery times, the majority of our domestic US orders are processed and dispatched directly through our dedicated warehouse facility in California. Depending on immediate regional stock levels and item variety, some orders may be dispatched directly from our global fulfillment partners straight to your United States doorstep. We guarantee secure handling, climate-controlled packaging, and full end-to-end tracking for every parcel.

5. Shipment Tracking & Carrier Networks

Once your order has been dispatched, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a designated carrier portal link will be issued immediately.
