At APTRO, we strive to deliver your favorite menswear to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping times, rates, and processes.
We ship exclusively to the United States (excluding US territories and military bases). We do not ship internationally to other countries at this time.
Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday.
Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time:
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (Monday to Friday).
Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
We offer clear and flat shipping rates for all domestic orders within the United States. All shipping charges are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase:

APTRO is owned and operated by FIRST CLOUD LIMITED. To ensure optimal stock availability and stable delivery times, the majority of our domestic US orders are processed and dispatched directly through our dedicated warehouse facility in California. Depending on immediate inventory levels, some orders may be dispatched from our global fulfillment network directly to your doorstep.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to trace your package.
It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system after shipment. You can track your package directly through our website or via the official carrier portals below:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. APTRO is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at Support@aptroclothing.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before the package is dispatched.
